Luis Felipe Gazitúa, Chairman

Luis Felipe Gazitúa studied Business and Administration at the Universidad de Chile. In 2001, he became Director of Minera Valparaiso S.A.. In 2005 he was appointed as Chairman of Almendral S.A. and Vice Chairman of Entel Chile S.A. Since 2001 he is CEO of Forestal O’Higgins S.A. He was appointed Chairman of CMPC in April 2016.

Vivianne Blanlot

Vivianne Blanlot studied Economy at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and received a Master in Economy from the American University. Between 1995 and 1997 she served as Executive Director of the CONAMA (for its Spanish abbreviation; National Environmental Commission). In 2000 she became the Executive Secretary of the Energy Committee and also served as Defense Minister from 2006 to 2007. She is currently Consultant of the Transparency Committee, Director of Antofagasta Minerals, Colbun S.A., ECONSSA, Banco del Estado and member of the Universidad de Santiago Directive Committee. Since 2007 she is the Chairman of Chilean Chapter of Regional Energetic Integration Commission. She was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.

Rafael Fernández, Independent

Rafael Fernández studied Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and completed Superior Studies in Business Administration (ESAE) in the same university. Also, he completed an Advanced Management Program from Duke University. Between 2002 and 2006, Mr. Fernández was Director and Executive Director of Gas and Energy business of Petrobras Energía-Argentina, Chairman of Edesur, Transener, Transba and TGS, among others. Between 2006 and 2010 he was Director and CEO of Petrobras Chile Petrolera Ltda. and he was Director of Enersis. In 2008 he became Director of PC Industrial and Real State. He is currently Director of Australis Seafood S.A. and Chairman of the Director’s Committee of the same company. He was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.

Jorge Larraín

Jorge Larraín studied Business and Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and received a Master in Sociology in the London School of Economics. Mr. Larraín was Coordinator in the National Council of Culture and Arts. He is currently Director of CMPC Forestry and CMPC Tissue. He was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.

Jorge Matte

Jorge Matte studied Business and Administration at the Universidad de los Andes. He is currently Chairman of CMPC Forestry, and Director of CMPC Pulp, CMPC Tissue, Colbún S.A., Puertos y Logística S.A., Inversiones Portoseguro S.P.A. and Chairman of Amulen Foundation. He was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.

Bernardo Matte

Bernardo Matte studied Business and Administration at the Universidad de Chile. In 1985, he became Director of CMPC. Mr. Matte also serves as Chairman of the Boards of CMPC Pulp and Banco BICE S.A. He is currently Director of the board of CMPC Forestry, CMPC Tissue, CMPC Paper, Entel Chile S.A., Bicecorp S.A., Compañia Industrial El Volcan S.A. and Empresas Copec S.A. and Copec S.A. Mr. Matte also serves as an Executive Director of Forestal O’Higgins’ Holding.

Jorge Marín, Independent

Jorge Marín studied Business Administration at the IPEVE. In 1996, Mr. Marín became Director of CMPC. Mr. Marín is also Vice Chairman of Detroit Chile S.A. and is also member of the Board of Director of Grupo Security S.A. and Banco Security S.A. He is also member of the Advisor Committee of Universidad del Desarrollo, Universidad de los Andes Business School and CEP (for its Spanish abbreviation; Public Studies Centre).

Ramiro Mendoza

Ramiro Mendoza studied Law at the Universidad de Chile. He is academic of the Master Program in Public laws of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Between 2007 and 2015 Mr. Mendoza was General Comptroller of the Republic of Chile. Since 2015 he serves as Dean of the School of Law of the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He is also member of the Academic Committee of the Master Program of Universidad del Desarrollo, Concepción, Directive Council of the Public Studies Centre. He was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.

Pablo Turner

Pablo Turner studied Business and Administration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and received a Master in Business Administration in the Chicago University. He served as CEO of Falabella, Almacenes Paris and Viña San Pedro between 2000 and 2007. He is currently Chairman of AD Retail, Director of Watts S.A. and Moneda S.A. He is also Director of Holding Gastronomía y Negocios, Interbank Group in Peru and Intercorp Retail in Peru. He was appointed Director of CMPC in April 2016.
